The Look for Lawns

Anywhere America homes that are aspirational yes attainable (no Mediterranean style) Farmhouse, colonial, bungalow,
-
Large yards - ideally 2+ acres with open green space - nicely maintained look

Well irrigated around the home (or willing to water regularly - you would be compensated for any additional lawn care maintenance costs)

Not too much of the property can be covered in mature trees (ie lawn not in shade most of the day)

Ideally a nice 2+ car garage with single door (not a deal breaker if it not)

WHAT NEXT...

If your home is a good option, we will want to see the outside in person with the creative team Tuesday, November 4 to take additional scouting photos

IF your home is selected, we will talk about maintenance in November and early December to maintain optimal growth and color this time of year - any additional service requires will be at OUR expense and not the homeowners

The shoot will take place either December 9 or 10th (possible both days) - this can be up to a 12 hour day

There would be a tech scout on Monday Nov 8 with our production team to finalize all shoot day details - this is usually about 2 hours.

Mowers and other product will be delivered to the property in advance of the shoot and picked up soon after.

The shoot day is a paid opportunity and is fully insured

We will restore have the property restored to its pre-shoot glory after we are don e cutting parts of it on camera for the TV Commercial (meaning we can have it uniformly, professional cut)
