Whether you need a backyard oasis, rustic modern office, industrial loft, a charming bungalow, a Chefs kitchen, an All-American looking front porch and everything in between. From the basic and normal to most off the wall requests; if I don't have it in my database I will find it for you!
Depending on the project and client needs, scouting results will be delivered as an organized online gallery AND/OR a branded PDF recap of highlights, notes, features and any necessary mapping or storyboard match-ups.
Location Prep & Wrap
In preparation for a smooth landing for a crew of any size on set and pleasant day on location experience for both production and the home, business or community we enter: :

I prepare clear and strategic parking maps to be sent out with call sheets

Secure proper permitting & permissions

Notify impacted businesses and residents

Obtain any sidewalk and street closures or police/security, as needed.

Coordinate ITC & rolling roadblocks

Scout, test drive, map & permit any on-road filming

I have created a system to ensure businesses and homeowners know what to expect throughout the process.

Assist Art Dept in resetting the home to pre-shoot status and often leaving it cleaner than we found it!

Upon wrapping, I do an owner walkthrough and have them sign off on their satisfaction with the level of respect their property is shown.
