It is helpful if everyone does NOT look like the same house but not mandatory.

IDEALLY:
Tampa Bay, FL area
Homes that are spaced out in a community or on a larger piece of property with large driveway, parking pad or grass to fit production trucks and vans is ideal
If you live in an HOA they must be willing to approve a production crew in the community for a day or two but filming will only take place on private property.

If I think it may be a good fit I will call you to schedule a proper scout, where I come out to take photos, video and get a lay of the land to submit to my clients.

Large Bedrooms - that can appear cozy and intimate but we need the space to fit camera and lights and still get depth of field. Can be of the master bedroom, guest room and even teen/kids room depending on the final script.
